Sweet Dreams ~ A Healer’s Recipe

This is the ultimate herbal tea recipe to help insomnia.  It is recommended to drink before bedtime or when otherwise the intention is to just kick back and rest.

Drink a cup of this tea before going to bed each night to help relax you and calm your nerves and thoughts.  This is one of the best recipes for insomnia.  We find it works wonders for suffers of PTSD, FMS, Restless Leg, and other problems that interfere with a good nights sleep.  It is also a great formula for back pain sufferers, high blood pressure, menstrual pain, headaches, Parkinson’s, and even the facial paralysis of Bell’s Palsy.  These herbs are nervine, sedative, and also antispasmodic.

Combine:

1 oz. Hops
1 oz. Valerian Root
1 oz. Passion Flower

To Brew:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of the herb mixture to one cup of boiling water.
