Gentle Relaxation ~ A Healer’s Recipes

This is a recipe that is simple to create.  Use it as a gentle relaxer.  An ideal blend for children that are upset or too hyped up to relax.

Mix together 1 ounce each of the following:

  • Chamomile flowers
  • Catnip herb
  • Passion Flower

To Brew Tea:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of herb mix to a cup of hot water.
  2. Steep 10 minutes, strain if desired.

Drink this tea before bedtime or anytime simple relaxation is desired.  (ie, frayed nerves, anxiety, emotional upset)
