Try this Stomach Soother Tea
This works great when feeling nauseous.
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Peppermint
Combine 1 ounce of each herb.
To Brew Tea:
- Combine 1 teaspoon of mixture with 1 cup boiling water.
- Steep 5 minutes.
- Strain.
- You may add honey and/or lemon to taste if desired.
